Insurance Information:
Crossroads Speech and Language does not belong to any insurance networks. At your request, we can provide you a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be entitled to according to your plan and coverage. The “superbill” will contain diagnostic and treatment codes to be submitted to your insurance company.
We highly recommend you verify with your insurance company whether or not you have coverage for speech and language services.
We will happily provide any additional information or documentation your insurance may need in order to determine coverage. Occasionally, insurance companies may request assessment reports and progress notes.
What should I ask my insurance company?
Does my insurance plan provide “out of network” reimbursement for speech and language services?
What is the reimbursement rate for assessments and treatment?
Do I need initial approval before I can arrange for an evaluation?
Are benefits only for evaluation or also ongoing speech and language therapy?
